Practical details
How remote time works
- Calls
- Minimum 1 hour, usually booked about a week ahead; sooner when available.
- Offline work
- Reviewing files or answering by email: minimum 30 minutes. Time is rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.
- Capacity
- Up to 8 hours per client each month; more by arrangement.
- Validity
- Prepaid hours can be used for 12 months after purchase.
- Access
- Screen share by default. Direct access only where you grant it.
- Confidentiality
- An NDA can be signed before any data is shared.
- Scope
- Advice and hands-on help with your team, not complete projects. Larger work is scoped and quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need access to our data?
Not by default. Most problems can be solved on a screen share or with a sample or anonymised copy. If direct access helps, you decide what is granted and for how long.
Can unused hours from a pack be used for different problems?
Yes. A pack is time with a senior consultant, not a fixed scope. It can cover several unrelated questions within 12 months of purchase.
How do I pay?
Sessions and packs are paid in advance. We send an invoice once you confirm which option you want.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than a few hours?
We will say so early and suggest a scoped project or assessment instead, so you are not buying hours that will not finish the job.
Which tools do you cover?
Power BI (modelling, DAX, Power Query, report design, governance), SQL, data pipelines, and automation and AI workflows built on business data.
